Bay state recently replaced our shower, floor, vanity, and cabinet, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The installation team was awesome, making sure every detail was perfect for us, and cleaning up after each day. The entire process, from demo to final inspection, only took about 4 days. We had met with several other bathroom remodeling companies before we found Bay State, and we nearly went with one of them until we read their terms and conditions that contradicted what the salesperson said (it even had a clause that stated they did not have to honor anything that the salesperson said!). My advice to anyone going through the process is to READ the entire contract before signing to protect yourself. Bay State provided their straightforward Ts and Cs to us in advance, and the owner made herself available to answer any questions we had. And the salesperson who visited with us patiently went through all the options to ensure it would be exactly what we envisioned. Thank you, Bay State! ~ Mike

I highly recommend Bay State Bath. The work I had done was to convert a half bath to a full bath with walk in shower. They handled everything for me (made the process super easy). I needed many safety features (higher toilet, safety grab bars, strong shower seat, large 4' x 5' stall). They helped me design it (even the shelves had safety bars). The carpenters and plumbers were awesome!!! They were able to come out in less than a month and were finished in less than a week. They managed the inspections from the town as well. I'm beyond happy with the results. All positive interactions with everyone at Bay State Bath. I plan to use them for 2 more shower conversions on the second floor in the future. ! ~ Gail

Bay state bath was a pleasure to do business with. Came out for the initial meeting within two days, new shower was installed within one month. Everything that we had discussed was performed as stated, very easy to do business with. The shower installers as well as the plumbers were professional and did quality work. We had one or two questions afterwards in which we got an immediate answer from the store. My elderly parents now have a shower which they can use without the worry of falling and possibly injuring themselves!
